Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to introduse the students in selected areas of financial decision-making.
Students will be able:
- to introduce the importance of time value of money into decision-making,
- to apply investment criterions,
- to analyze and select optimal sources for company financing,
- to propose financial plan of a firm.
Recommended Optional Programme Components

1: Fundamentals and principles of financial management and decision-making.
2: Financial analysis.
3: Approaches for company financial performance measuring.
4: Capital structure and costs of capital.
5: Time value of money usage in the financial management and decision-making.
6: Capital budgeting.
7: Internal capital sources.
8: External capital sources.
9: Dividends, dividend theories, dividend policies.
10: Company valuation.
11: Financial planning.
