Collecting of basic knowledge and skills in this branches:

Comprehension of basic ideas, correlations and its application by analysis of the problems.

Course Contents
Lectures
In general the investment, basic concepts in the preparation and management of
investments. Classification of investments from different perspectives
Investment of strategies, decision-making in business and municipal institutions
Investment cycle, its phases and their characteristics
Description of the different stages of investment cycle, investment plan,
characteristic of studies
Co-financing of investment from the Structural Funds and other the EU funds
Annexes required to to submit a project
Partners in the investment process, types of activities - the investor, engineering
organization, designer, contractor
Delivery models, developers, model PPS, contractual relations between the partners
Documentation for issue of planning and building permits
Transmission of construction site, log buildingand official approval and receipt of construction, Exploitation and liquidation phase
Overview and significance of of the examiners and of mechanical work time parameters of the investment cycle, time management schedules
activities of individual partners of the investment cycle
Methods of raising funds for investment projects
Cash flow planning
The control inputs of government, an investor in any phase of
investment cycle
Tender for the contractor's design work, engineering activities, construction, time-consuming
The local government as an investor, the importance of outlook capital and
strategic development
