Arrangements for academic guidance

Students with issues concerning their studies are welcome to contact their respective Faculty Office for Study Affairs (for contact please see http://www.vsb.cz/9230/en/okruhy/incoming-students/information/study-affairs-office/). While studying at VŠB-TUO students can also ask for the help of a psychologist, and advisor for academic problems; and applicants can ask for help of advisor for selection of relevant study field at VŠB-TUO at Education Management and Development Department (contact email - stanislava.kebova@vsb.cz).

Students wanting to go to a foreign university as an exchange student can ask for help at Students‘ Mobility Department (contact email - jan.pavlik@vsb.cz). Students can choose from a wide list of partner universities in Europe as well as other parts of the world.

VŠB-TUO organises the job opportunities fair KARIÉRA PLUS each spring, usually in the beginning of March, to assist to future graduates in finding a job after finishing their studies. At this event approximately 80 companies have concrete offers of employment.
