Payments for services rendered by SafeQ are realised from account at catering system. It has to be enough money on this account before using of printing or copying

Money insertion to account at catering service system

Money can be inserted cashless over EPS (http://eps.vsb.cz). Credit card is required in this case.

Cash can be inserted in:

  • Card centre - (room A148)
  • PC pavilon, college Poruba, blok D
  • Central library VŠB (Ostrava-Poruba) - (room NK127)
  • EKF (Ostrava centre) - A218 (Mrs. Jupová), E709 - (Mrs. Kulštejnová) and library
  • New canteen - cash desk

All money on account are ready to pay for any food or servis.

History of using SafeQ system is available on http://www.vsb.cz/uzivatel/cs/okruhy/osobni-agenda/stav-uctu/. There are also information about print jobs which were not printed yet. Count of bw and color pages are only informative.

Scan

SafeQ offers also document scanning. Scans are delivered to email (university email or manually set). If size of document oversize limit email will contain link to download file from server. File can be downloaded also from PC which are not located at university. In this case PC must be connected to university network - using VPN or university wi-fi.

Availability of printing

It is possible to send printing jobs from own notebooks and home PC which are connected to the university network (vpn, wi-fi). Instalation of SafeQ tisk printer is required. In this labs are SafeQ tisk printers installed on PC:
