Summary
A student will learn how to use small talk, distinguish between formal and informal email correspondence, how to answer the phone, handle with complaints, learn the basis of presentations.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim is to create the grounding of Business English with the output level A2-B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
