Summary |

The aim of the subject is to presents main concepts of organizational behaviour and its application within organizational concepts. The subject includes the issue of individual and group behavior that influences realization of organizational goals. Theoretical concepts are needed for analyses of main individual, group and organizational factors influencing organizational processes that have an impact for organizational competitiveness. |
