Summary
The introductory part of the course is devoted to the three levels of the relations existing within the international trade and their legal regulation: relations among states, relations between entreprener and state, relations between entrepreneurs. The core of the course is an analysis of WTO, EU regulations regarding individual enterpreneurs and analysis of international trade operations. Student will be able to formulate simple contracts, solve individual cases, understand international business.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Student will be able:
- to define three levels of the relations existing within the international trade and their legal regulation: relations among states, relations between entrepreneur and state, relations between entrepreneurs.
- to analyse law WTO,
- to assess EU regulations regarding individual enterpreneur and analysis of international trade operations,
- to formulate simple contracts,
- to solve individual cases,
- to understand international business.

1. International trade law – introduction.
2. International economical relationships a their legal regulation.
3. World Trade Organization – history, analysis of its bodies. WTO agreements.
4. Legal regulation of external economical relationships of EU.
5. Legal regulation of international trade transactions.
6. International purchase - sale. Wiener agreement.
7. purchase contract foundation. Rights and obligations. Breach of Contract. Consequences of breach. Compensation for damage.
8. Formulation of payment and supply conditions.
9. Financial aspects of trading transactions. Investments.
10. International payments and its legal regulation.
11. International controlling contract. International licence contract.
12. Disputes solving between traders.
