Summary
The subject is based on teamwork while each team represents management of virtual company. Students have to achieve balance of company through their decisions in simulations and to be better than competition in the field of profit, sales and market share. Theoretical resources of the presented specialized topics are confronted with practical experience of managers in the selected companies through video conferences.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1. To know how through the interactive business simulation solve problems in the field of management.
2. To understand the game strategy in the simulations JA TITAN, VENSIM.
3. To appoint the appropriate level of prices, production, marketing, capital investment and research and development so as to achieve corporate balance.
4. To Assess the impact of decision by student companies management.
5. To practice the skill of working and making decisions within a team.
