Summary
The objective is to present to the students basic knowledge of labour law and legal arrangement of social system in the Czech Republic. The most important questions of these areas will be interpreted to students.The specifics of labour-law relations and their distinctionswill be explained. Social security system will be described in order to orientate in this field.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will be able to:
- describe regulatory enviroment labour and social law, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation,
- comprehend principles labour law
- applicate gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations
- apply rule of law to resolution of concrete example.
- analyze labour contract,

3. Working hours and rest periods.
4. Wages and salary.
5. Employee's Liability. Employer's liability.
6. Work discipline. OHS. Care of employees. Special working conditions.
7. Agreements on non-employment work.
8. Collective labor law.
9. Employment’s legal regulation.
10. Introduction to social welfare.
11. Sickness insurance.
12. Pension insurance.
13. State social support.
