Profile of the Programme |

Studies of Master’s degree programme Public Economics and Administration focus on deeper comprehensive and specialized expertise that enable graduates to analyse critically, to evaluate interdisciplinary and to propose solution for economic and administrative processes and phenomena in public sector.
Comprehensive expertise is defined by fundamental theoretical courses, especially by Economics, Applied Statistics and Mathematics, Tax Theory and Public Finance. Specific expertise is defined by profiling courses that are focused on deeper economic concepts of key public sector’s segments, evaluation of the productivity of public services, strategic and crisis management, quality management and geographical information systems.

Graduates of Master’s degree programme will be able to apply acquired expertise and competences in management, decision-making, controlling and evaluation not only in the public sector at state, regional or local level, but also in civil sector of the national economy.
