| Summary |

| The course is focused on environmental issues in construction. Students will learn the methodology and are familiar with the historical background of the assessment of the impact of buildings on the environment. |
| Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

The goal is to teach students to work with the problems of processing assessment of the impact of investment on the environment.
Students will gain skills in evaluation of buildings on the environment. Students learn to evaluate their effectiveness, assess and express the extent of their influence. Students are introduced to ways of categorizing and collecting various data and methods of analysis. |
