Summary
Within this subject students will gain skills how to design and assess reliability of precast reinforced concrete structures.
This subject directly follow on the subjects Elasticity and Plasticity, Building Structures, Actions on Building Structures, Concrete Structures Elements, Concrete and Masonry Structures, Prestressed Concrete and Concrete Structures.
By study of this subject students acquire knowledge about design and reliability assessment of precast reinforced concrete structures and as well about their fabrication and erection.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
After completing this subject, students will be able to understand and apply the following skills and topic areas:
- design and assessment of precast concrete structures;
- fabrication and erection of precast concrete structures.
