| Studio Creation 3 - Area Units with Emphasis on Postindustrial Files, Their Revitalization and Conversion. The studio is focused on the task of teamwork on the task during the solution of specific area units in relation to both the protected interests (protection of the values of the environment and cultural heritage) and the needs of sustainable development. |
| Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |

Conversion of post-industrial structure - rehabilitation and revitalization of monofunctional structures (also called housing estates) - administrative and administrative parks - hospital and spa areas - research and technological parks - production areas - multifunctional zones - commercial parks - storage, production and logistic parks - installation, their inclusion and greening.
The challenge is gradual profiling of students and building the basic habits of teamwork and the art of cooperation between differently profiled partners, taking into account future specialization. It focuses on the issues of areal complexes and solitaire object in it the solution of the territorial unit and the relationship between the whole and the solitary object.
In terms of technology and technology, the project deepens the issue of perception of the relationship of whole and individual, general conditions, context and teamwork.
The aim is to teach basic principles and skills in solving (holistic) urban structure or set of structures (arrangement - construction - process).
The scope of processing will correspond to the scope of the planning permit documentation.
The course is multidisciplinary and in addition it will be practiced more separately skills from PS, TZB and other disciplines. |
