Summary
The course deals with the use of building information models (Building Information Modeling, BIM) in the design, implementation and use of buildings in the area, or its disposal. These technologies are based on a sophisticated digital model of the building and the surrounding area, and learning is part of the software support environment. The BIM project will be elaborated on available software (student licenses), mainly ArchiCad, Revit and ArcGIS / QGIS. The BIM issue is playing an increasingly stronger position in the life cycle of buildings. BIM is gaining support in the legislative environment and is being introduced into the construction practice in the Czech Republic. The buildings are solved in connection with the GIS and the Land Register.
