Summary
The course focuses on the issue of information systems in the BIM concept across the entire life cycle of buildings. That is, from idea, through project and implementation to, and above all, to the operation and use of buildings - facility management. The main focus of the course is on the usability of data in these systems, interdependence and cooperation between different systems. Furthermore, the importance of updating and working with up-to-date data and the gradual filling of the database with relevant data for the most expensive phase of the facility management.
