Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Presenting the basic legislative regulations governing safety in construction in the Czech Republic and EU countries, the characteristics of risk in construction.
Categorize participants in the construction and solution coordination of health and safety at work at the site.

Defining responsibilities OHS Coordinator in the preparation phase and the design phase of construction in its system implementation.

Interpreting the meaning of the Plan of health and safety at work on the site and its implementation coordinator OHS.
Course Contents
1st Introduction to the topic - introduction with an overview of the rules , conditional knowledge of přechodního study
2nd Terminology in construction, construction progress of the works , the characteristics and classification of buildings
3rd Technical requirements for buildings and facilities providing barrier-free use of buildings
4th Building Act , concepts , defining the scope , building permits , reporting structures , early use of buildings and test operation , the powers of the office building
5th Types of documentation buildings - types , content, site diary , a simple record of building
6th Obligations of the contractor, builder , construction manager , building owner
7th Professional competence coordinator , coordinator of the provisions , duties and powers of the coordinator at the time of preparation and during construction , criminal liability coordinator penalties for offenses and administrative offenses
8th Health and safety plan for the site, types , content , creation and updating of the plan , responsibility , coordination on site , the difference between the coordinator and qualified individuals in risk prevention
9th Requirements to ensure health and safety in construction, safety in operation and use of machines and tools on site
10th The requirements of the workplace and working environment on site, working and production facilities and equipment , inspection , control, license, provisional and industrial wiring, electrical equipment on site
11th Work and activity that exposes an individual to increased risk to life or health requirements for the notification of commencement of work
12th The organization works on site , workflows , processes for activities on site
13th Protection zones - the electricity system , gas equipment, equipment for the production and distribution of heat , duties , prohibitions
