Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the financing of the crisis management system at the state level and with the functioning of the state economy in crisis situations.
Course Contents
1. Introduction to state economics in crisis situations
2. Financial theory of the public sector
3. Evaluation of economic performance, GDP
4. Fiscal and budgetary policy of the state
5. The role of public budgets in the financing of crisis situations
6. State budget, principles of compilation, fulfillment, control
7. Economic aspects of state aid for the restoration of the territory
8. Financing the system of state material reserves, humanitarian aid
9. Economic evaluation of public policies, methods of economic analysis
10. Cost-Benefit Analysis - Case Studies
11. The European Union - financial planning, budget, subsidy policy towards member countries
12. Involvement of the Czech Republic in international economic structures
