Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The graduate will focus on emergency and emergency plans, civil emergency plans and other security plans and will be able to synthesize the plan from the designated areas so that it is drawn up in accordance with the current level of theoretical knowledge and also in accordance with applicable regulations
Course Contents
1. Introduction to the subject, planning as a process, types of plans in the field of security, interrelations of planning documentation
Block 1: Emergency planning and crisis planning
2. Safety planning as a prevention of emergencies
3. Methodology of processing security plans
4. Plans of specific activities, meaning and internal logic, ways of processing - analysis of selected plans
5. Crisis preparedness and operational plans, current typology and operational plans including detailed analysis of selected plans according to their priority
6. Regulatory measures included in the crisis plans - analysis of selected regulatory measures according to the advertisers and areas of regulation, the role of the State Material Reserves Administration
7. Possible ways of graphically writing relevant information in planning and operational map data
Block 2: Civil Emergency Planning
8. The needs and objectives of civil emergency planning
9. Planning for continuity
Block 3: Protect soft targets in security planning
10. Protection of soft targets according to the current "Soft Goal Protection Concept" issued by the Ministry of the Interior
11-12. Case studies on the current security theme
