Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The graduate of the course: gains knowledge about creating hazardous concentrations during normal operation, starting and stopping the machinery and possible causes of damage; understands the initiation of flammable files in production processes and analyses the causes of fires, explosion and the leakage of toxic substances; can explain the physicochemical properties and technical safety parameters of dangerous substances and apply them in practice; gains knowledge about the identification of fire and explosion hazards inside and outside technological plant machinery on selected physical and chemical processes and the storage of flammable liquids and gases; gains an overview of the use of new technologies and systems in practice, focusing on the emerging dangers of collaborative robots, drones, 3D printing, etc.
