Summary
The general part of the course focuses on the principles and principles of commercial security as paid protection of persons and property. Emphasis is placed on forms, methods of physical surveillance, detective services, money transfer and other valuables, personal protection, competitive intelligence, professional defence technology, defence equipment and criminal liability of commercial security personnel. A special part of the course focuses on commercial safety management, preparation of the event plan and solving practical examples that allow to link the knowledge acquired in the general part with the knowledge acquired in the special part.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to gain knowledge of public law and the legal system of the Czech Republic in the field of security in relation to commercial security, understand the principles of operation of this area of security, learn to predict, analyze and evaluate security incidents, propose solutions and apply them to appropriate security. environment.
Course Contents
1. Repetitorium from public law and the legal system of the Czech Republic and the EU in connection with public and commercial security.
2. Commercial security technology, security management, scope of services provided, security associations in the Czech Republic.
3. Systematization of the commercial security industry, systematization of security measures.
4. Physical security in practice, the most frequently provided services, criminal law aspects of the profession.
5. Private detective services, forms, methods of work, criminal law aspects of the profession.
6. Detective activities for business relations and bodyguards, criminal law aspects of the profession.
7. Transportation of cash and other securities.
8. Eligibility to perform professions in the commercial security industry, education.
9. Professional defense technology, defense means and criminal liability of inadequate defense.
10. Drawing up an action plan: scenarios, solving security incidents.
11. Event security: complex creation and setting of security.
12. Privatization of security.
