Summary
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will get acquainted with existing management systems. They will gain the ability to assess and evaluate the suitability of the use of individual systems for small, medium and large enterprises. Based on theoretical and practical knowledge, they will have the ability to synthesize individual elements of health and safety systems and determine the conditions for their implementation in the company.
Course Contents
1. Introduction to health and safety management.
2. Health and safety management systems, system elements.
3. Policy, measurable objectives, strategy, planning, implementation, monitoring / control.
4. External / internal communication system.
5. Management system of professional and medical qualifications, human resources.
6. System of creation and management of documentation and internal regulations.
7. Risk management system.
8. Internal and external audits.
9. Responsibilities, powers in the management system.
11. System control in accordance with standard values.
12. Secure business.
13. Integration of QMS, EMS and SMS systems.
