Summary
Subject deals with characteristics of DC and AC controlled electrical drives in more detail inc. basic methods for their design.
The subject deepens the knowledge of controlled electrical drives I.
The content of this subject is based on the knowledge of the controlled electrical drives I, electronics, mechatronics systems, technical means for control of electrical drives, power semiconductor systems and cybernetics.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The main aim of the subject is to obtain deeper theoretical knowledge of the area of controlled electrical drives and practial skills with their applications.
The obtained information creates the knowledge base of electrical engineer, especially if his topic is aimed in area of controlled electrical drives application.
