Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
1. Learning outcomes of the course unit the aim of the subject is to increase the physical fitness of students through a variety of summer activities such as hiking, cycling, aerobics, sports games, water tourism, canoeing, outdoor activities and games.
2. It develops motor skills and abilities in learners, empowers joint feelings and shows common team activities and shows the possibilities of team collaboration.
3. They will familiarize listeners with safety regulations and health protection while staying in summer. It provides information about healthy nutrition, principles of healthy lifestyle, gymnastic recreation, and the social significance of sport.
