Summary
Subject familiarizes new problems of buildings. Familiarize with different control and check systems in buildings for industry and public purpose. In the subject is explained: - technical subsystems, energy, transport, heating and clima - human subsystems, security, fire - communication subsystems, information technology, structured cable system, wireless system. Subject is dedicated firstly for students, who assume to enforce in investment, project work, innovations and at repair works. The study knowledge tends to be renewing by excursions on buildings and to the enterprises and project organizations. Minimal qualification study of title is knowledge work with PC. Tutorial in the laboratory is supplied by different types computers and program tools. Also multimedia means of the schooling and programs for presentation of project work is used. Student is classified by created Essays; Half-yearly work (scholastic project) and concluding test.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The participants will introduce in the problems of subsystems of building control. They will work with technical tools for building control and building furnishing.
Graduates can evaluate the technical level of innovative projects in building control systems, will be able to design technical tools for individual customers requirements.
