Summary
The subject links up to language skills in Russian acquired at secondary school. Its aim is to enrich the vocabulary, develop the knowledge of grammar structures necessary for oral and written communication and to use them in everyday situation at intermediate level. The instruction includes practising communication on the phone. The aim is to acquire language skills with the output level B1-B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Enriching the vocabulary and enriching the knowledge of grammar structures necessary for competent communication (mainly oral) in Russian at intermediate level. Practising listening and adequate speech reactions.
Course Contents
Ruština nejen pro samouky. Lessons 19 - 23
1. „Расскажу вам про покупки“. Irregular verbs: дать.
2. Infinitive questions. Numbers двести...тысяча, миллион. Conversation topic Shopping.
3. Working with the text "Мне нездоровится". Particle ли. Nouns with ж, ш, ч, ц, щ stem.
4. Noun stress. Irregular verbs: принять.
5. Revision. Working with the text „Пражская весна решила их судьбу".
6. Group presentation on a given topic.
7. Working with the text "Собачий холод".
8. Conversation topic Weather. Cardinal number declention.
9. Conditional. Conditional clauses. Verb ending in -нуть.
10. Working with the text „Я предпочитаю поезд самолёту“.
11. Giving time. Verbs of movement.
12. Particularities of plural masculine nouns. Irregular verbs: бежать.
13. Revision
14. Credit test.
