Introduction to physiology and eye anatomy
2. Imaging system of the eye, refraction
3. Refractive anomalies and possibilities of their correction
4. Physiology and pathology of binocular vision
5. Muscle balance (strabismus, amblyopia)
6. Investigational methods in ophthalmology I
7. Examination methods in ophthalmology II
8. Instrumentation technology - diagnostic I
9. Instrumentation technique - diagnostic II
10. Instrumentation technique - medical III
11. Instrumentation technique - therapeutic IV

Labs
1. Examination methods in ophthalmology I. - Refraction defects, their detection and correction - optotypes, fokometer, keratometry, refractometry,
2. Muscular equilibrium, physiology and pathology of binocular vision - Practical examples of separation of visual defects, BV, fusion, stereophores, on instruments and in space
3. Investigation methods in ophthalmology II. - ophthalmoscopy - possibilities of examination of eye background + tonometry and tonography - examination of intraocular pressure + perimetry, automatic perimetry - examination of the field of view
4. Instrumentation technique - diagnostic methods I.- use of UZV in ophthalmology - biometry and investigation in B picture, angiography and its execution, documentation of pathology of the eye funduskameroou
5. Instrumentation technology - diagnostic methods II - optical coherence tomography + laser use in ophthalmology
6. Instrumentation technology - therapeutic equipment within operating theaters
