| The subject provides an explanation of basic legislative concepts in the field of telecommunications and the ICT environment in connection with national regulations and standards. Students will also be oriented in institutions and organizations to issue guidelines, regulations, standards and control of existing legislation. Furthermore, they will acquire the basic nature and functioning of copyright, the law on electronic communications, safety standards and, in particular, the EU Data Protection Directive - GDPR. |
