The Students are associated with the protection of industrial property legislation, fundamental concepts of industrial property, patent, utility model, trade mark, design etc.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Student outlines basic legal regulations concerning commercial law, especially of business companies.
Student is oriented in concepts of intellectual property protection, relating to industrial property.
Student applies knowledge of the copyright, creation of works, their protection and use.

No English literature is suggested for this course because there has not
been published any. Various standards and law documents valid in the
Czech Republic together with internal and security regulations of a
particular company are used instead.
