Summary
Students will be introduced to the tasks necessary to write the Bachelor thesis. They will learn to quote the literature used, the principles of writing scientific and research articles according to the practice of the discipline and the requirements of the faculty.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
To learn how to work with special literature to retrieve information on the problems concerned.
To peruse the set of conditions of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science concerning the Bc thesis.
To learn how to cite the literature according to the norm and suggestions of the Bc thesis supervisor.
To prepare the presentation of subtasks according to the assignment of topic of Bc thesis and Bc thesis supervisor.
Course Contents
Discussion of themes that are topics of the bachelor thesis of students according to their orientation to research problems.
Aiming of the discussion:
- results of literature review
- results of preparation of the theoretical base of the thesis
- the way of experimental data acquiring
- review of the experimental data and the ways of their processing
- evaluation of experimental data regarding the theoretical base of thesis
