Profile of the Programme |
---|
The aim of this follow-up master´s degree program is to educate graduates not only with wide special scope, but also with creative thinking, to acquaint them with practical activities in their incoming occupations in the field of electroengineering, designing in electricity industry, telecommunications, electronics, technological entities just during their studies, and in the field of state and public service, etc. |
Key Learning Outcomes |
---|
Key Lerning Outcomes are Expressed in following Structure: Knowledge, Skills, General competencies |
---|
Knowledge: |
---|
In theoretical field the graduate of the follow-up master´s degree program will acquire the basics from the whole field of applied electrotechnics and related branches with subsequent applications in practical solutions. It enables them separately or in a team to design, realize, operate and manage series of advanced electrical systems and technologies in fields connected with robotics, digitizing processes (Industry 4.0) and flexibly react on changes in employment market. |
Skills: |
---|
With regard to acquired skills from the education and field experience the graduate is able to hold an appointment of responsible designer or manager of various stages, to also expertly solve other close technologies to which his/her profession is connected. The skills are enlargened by graduate purposefully especially in the last two semesters of the study according to graduate´s orientation and ability. |
General competencies: |
---|
The entire study program performs all basic requirements imposed on graduates- the future employees - by a wide spectrum of employers. Besides their knowledge and skills the graduates know to creatively solve a contracted real project. The graduate knows to communicate expertly not only with the investor, but also with experts of other technical fields, including state and public service. The graduate also knows to analyse hazards of designed operations and reacts on them by suitable precautions to keep safety and health protection at work. |
Occupational Profiles of Graduates with Examples |
---|
The graduates are highly exercisable in the branch, one of the highest in FEI. The generalities of graduates work in teams and this fact is verified by close cooperation and more than 30 employers´ feedback in the region and outside. Regarding to modern design technology possibilities almost all students also have labour-law relations during their study, so their skills are successfully enlarged for future outstanding career. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
