Specialization Environmental Engineering is focused on acquiring knowledge about environmental chemistry, air, water and soil protection, waste management technologies, geoinformation technologies for environmental protection, and assessing the impact of industrial technologies on environmental components, including integrated prevention. In particular, chemical and chemical-technological aspects, as well as legal and administrative aspects related to this issue, are highlighted. |

Occupational Profiles of Graduates with Examples |

The graduate has the possibility of applying in the process (chemical, metallurgical, processing, food, etc.) industries in production, research and development positions, analytical laboratories as a separate chemist-analyst or in leading positions in these laboratories or as an expert for protection of the environment in chemical and other industrial enterprises. Furthermore, in companies and institutions engaged in consultancy, design and research activities in the field of the environment or in the government administration, environmental departments of municipal authorities. It can also find job in related fields of science, research and education. |
