Summary
International Express Upper-intermediate WS 2020/21
Students will demonstrate the acquisition of complex language skills, will be able to use terminology related to the main topics of the course. They will be able to apply appropriate conversational strategies, to perform a small talk, to describe various rules and regulations, they will learn to write a report and they will be aquainted with good workplace manners. They will also master the skills related to working with technical texts.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
International Express; the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021
The main objective of the course is to create a grounding of business and technical English concerning communication skills, i.e. reading, writing, speaking, and listening with the output level B2-C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. More emphasis will be put on mastering soft skills and working with technical texts.
