Summary
The course introduces students to the role and function of law in society. Talking about the relationship between the state as a representative of public authority and rights as an instrument of control (regulation) relations in society. Students will gain a basic understanding of the legal order of the Czech Republic with the aim of orientation in it. The aim of the whole subject is to strengthen the legal awareness of students.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Course objectives
Provision of general view of law to students. Aim is to familiarize students with legal order as a whole, theory of law, as well as with a way to work with legal regulations.
