Summary
The subject is focuses on both the basic concepts of biotechnology. Information to enable an understanding of processes occurring in living organisms in metallurgical processes. Attention is paid bioprocesses use in hydrometallurgy. It also presented the possibility of using biotechnology processes in metal production and reduce its energy demands.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
-students will learn the basic concepts in environmental biotechnology, the processes and technologies-acquired knowledge is a basis for process optimization, measurement and process control-information about the production of biologically active substances biotechnology manner that apply mainly to protect the environment
