Summary
The interpretation is oriented on economic management of a company focusing on the specifics of metallurgical, mechanical engineering and chemical production. It also includes the fundamentals of corporate management and the application of management principles in various areas of the enterprise.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The student will be able to define:
- basic relations of economic management of an industrial enterprise in relation to the specifics of metallurgical, mechanical engineering and chemical production,
- basic principles of management.

2. Legal forms of businesses in the CR
3. Financial statements - balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements.
4.Capital structure of company

7. Investment activity of company
8. Basic methods of financial analysis
9. The principles of company management – introduction into the basic terms, techniques, skills and theories.
10.The basics of strategic management of an industrial enterprise
