Summary
The first part is focused on basic information about polymeric materials, conditions for the formation of polymeric materials, rheology and polymer processing. Next part is concerned on the most important industrial polymers in terms of their production, properties and application possibilities. Polymer degradation and stabilization, and composite materials with polymeric matrix are the topics of the last part.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of the course is to introduce the students with basic polymeric materials and modern trends in polymers production and processing.
