The main aim of the subject is to obtain deeper theoretical knowledge of the area of controlled electrical drives and practial skills with their applications. |
Course Contents |
---|
Lectures:
Definition of the electrical controlled drive. Methods of analysis and synthesis. Frequency and transient characteristics.
Stability and damping of regulated drives. Method of phase margin. Analysis of the control circuit in the frequency domain. Methods of standard forms. Method of optimal module and symmetric optimum.
Controlled DC drives. The dynamic behavior of DC motor at the change of the voltage and magnetic flux. Static and dynamic properties of the actuators.
Control of mechanical angular speed without subordinate current loop and with subordinate current loop.
Position control - linear, time-optimal.
The frequency converters for AC controlled drives. Modern control methods of frequency converters - pulse width modulation SPWM, TPWM, VPWM. Simplified model of the frequency converter for control purposes.
The simplified model of the synchronous motor with exitation winding and with permanent magnets for control purposes. Scalar and vector control of the synchronous motor with exitation winding.
Vector control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Control structures of AC drives with permanent magnet synchronous motors.
The simplified model of the asynchronous motor for control purposes. Methods of evaluation of rotor flux and oriented quantities.
Scalar and vector control of asynchronous motor. Control structures of AC drives with asynchronous motors.
Control structures, adaptation of parameters.
Methods of direct torque and flux control of asynchronous motor. Methods of direct torque and reactive power control of synchronous motor with permanent magnets.
Electrical drives with switched reluktance motors. Control methods. Control structures with SRM.
