Summary
The course deals with methods of computing of kinematic values for the solution of the direct and inverse kinematic task of the mechanisms, computing of the dynamic values and loads during movement for purposes of the mechanisms dimensioning and simulation of the mechanisms movement and its collision states. Calculations and simulations are carried in CAD system Pro/Engineer.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The main objective of this subject is to obtain knowledge in area of modeling of mechanisms and calculation of the kinematic and dynamic values during the motion. The attention is paid to calculation of the loads that are necessary for dimensioning of the individual mechanism’s parts as well as to simulations of the movement with the identification of the collision states. Lectures are held using CAD system Pro/Engineer.
