Summary
Students will get competencies in the area of team work and interpersonal communication and in presenting their own work. They will know and will be able to practically exercise the rules of successful presentation. They will determine their optimal team position and they will gain skills necessary for common interpersonal communication with focus on communication in work context. In the scope of communication, assertive skills will be cultivated.
This subject is not dedicated for students with native language different from czech or slovac, respectively.
The subject involves three areas, in which students will improve their knowledge and skills:
1. Team work
2. Communication
3. Presentation
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students will get competencies in the area of team work and interpersonal communication and in presenting their own work. They will know and will be able to practically exercise the rules of successful presentation. 2. Verbal and non-verbal communication
3. Communication styles
4. Assertive communication, assertive abilities
5. Working group vs. team, team building
6. Team roles, team communication
7. People leadership, leader, leading styles
8. Effective meeting, team meating
9. Presentations - preparing, using of colours, styles, animations
10. Self-presentation, most common mistakes in presentation
