Students
- will be able to explain the role and importance of current management techniques in practice,
- can assign specific management techniques to each management area,
- obtain information on specific methods and techniques,
- to learn about the principles, methods, tools and methodology of implementation of selected managerial methods and technologies,
- able to present and defend the project.

techniques, the use of management methods and techniques in practice and their benefits.
2. Methods and techniques for the support of top management; methods, techniques and instruments of
future development forecasting.
3. Methods and techniques for the support of top management; strategic planning and making decision of TOP
management.
4. Methods, techniques and instruments of effective production management.Lean production.
5. Methods, techniques and instruments to support the manufacturing process - logistics, maintenance.
6. Six sigma.
7. Methods, techniques and instruments for effective administration.
8. Methods, techniques and instruments for information management.
9. The quality - the methods, techniques and instruments for working with quality.
10. The quality - the methods, techniques and instruments for working with quality - continuation.
11. Methods, techniques and instruments for investment evaluation.
12. Other methods applied in practice, techniques and instruments.
