Summary
The definition of the calculation of fuel diagram QAW, fuel mixture. Effects of fuel on the concept of the boiler. The influence of power and steam parameters on the concept of super-critical boiler parameters. The influence of other design requirements boiler. Preliminary calculations in the design of the boiler. Layout heat transfer surfaces, temperature vapor pressure of the working medium, diagram flue gas working medium in the heat calculation procedure boiler thermal calculation and design of the main parts of the boiler design basics jednotlivýchg types of boilers design air heater and water evaporator design, types, circulation hydrodynamics design and the superheater -superheater unevenness on the steam and combustion gases.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The course is designed to study energy field machinery and equipment, specializing in ”construction of steam boilers and heating equipment“ and ”nuclear power plants“ and is optional for the focus of ”Energy Industry“. Students will gain a deeper knowledge of the structure, steam generators, fireplaces, and pressure builds on the subject systému.Studium Steam Generators I.
Course Contents
1. Computational fuel definition, Q-A-W diagram, fuel mixture, influence of additive desulphurization and SNCR.
2. Influence of fuel parameters on boiler concept.
3. Effect of steam performance and parameters on boiler concept, supercritical parameters.
4. Influence of other requirements on boiler concept, preparatory calculations for boiler design.
5. Layout of heat transfer surfaces, control characteristics of boiler, flue diagram.
6. Procedure for thermal calculation of the boiler.
7. Thermal calculation and design of individual boiler parts.
8. Basics of construction of individual types of boilers, fireplace design.
9. Calculation and design of air heater.
10. Calculation and construction of water heater.
11. Calculation and design of evaporator for boiler with natural circulation.
12. Calculation and design of flow evaporator.
13. Calculation and construction of superheater and steam reheater.
14. Abrasion, corrosion, start-up and shutdown of the boiler. Specifics of boilers: HRSG, biomass, boilers for ZEVO.
