Summary
Students become familiar with the technology of processing of raw materials, the theoretical foundations
úpravnických machinery and equipment and practical applications and úpravnických
specialized transport machinery in water treatment plants.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The main arm of the subject is to become familiar with the technology of processing of raw materials, the theoretical foundations
úpravnických machinery and equipment and practical applications and úpravnických
specialized transport machinery in water treatment plants.
Course Contents
The program of lectures
Week lectures
1 Meaning of processing of raw materials. Overview technology, preparation,
auxiliary and self-finishing processes.
2 Basic parameters of bulk materials.
3 Equipment for the mechanical sorting of bulk materials. Significance and objectives
grading, sorting area. List types of mechanical separators.
4 Graphical-numerical method for determining the rolling speed of the material
sorting areas on harmonic vibrations with linear and circular motion -
derivation of equations.
5 Dynamic screens with linear and circular motion - derivation
equations of motion.
6 Resonant sorting screens, derivation of equations.
7 disintegrated granular materials, scope and objectives. Hypotheses for the determination
size, isolating work.
8 Jaw Crushers Single-and Double-toggle. Capacity calculations.
Nine acute-angled cone crushers and obtuse. Roller crushers and mills. Impact
crusher.
10 Special transport equipment at treatment plants. Reverse belts, mobile
reverse tracks, loading tracks, folding pits.
11 Separation coal sázečkách. Construction of seedlings. Separation of
suspensions. Suspension separators. Private bath .. Drewboy. Flotation.
12 Drainage of bulk materials. Drainage bucket elevators,
drainage tanks, curved screens, dynamic dewatering screens.
Filtration 1913. Vacuum and hyperbaric filters. Centrifuges. Establishment.
Sedimentation tank. Design dimensions of the settling tank.
14 Water and sewage treatment plants in cycles. Design of pumps and piping design.
