| Introduction into principles of entrepreneurship and business activity in transport. Students will study legal regulations of entrepreneurship and operation of transport conditions with a view to entrepreneurship. Subject contains collection information about conventions and agreements in international road transport, treaty business contractual relationships and inter-governmental agreements in international transport. |

2. Legal regulation of business - the Trade Act
3. Conditions of road transport for business purposes - the Road Transport Act and the implementing legislation
4. Conditions for use of vehicles on the road - the Law on conditions of operation of vehicles on roads and implementing legislation
5. Other legal standards in road transport
6. Agreements and conventions on international road transport (CMR ERTA)
7. Agreements and conventions on international road transport (TIR ATP, ADR)
8. Contractual obligations in the transport
9. International transport - Intergovernmental Agreement
Exercise Program
1. Development of Transport Infrastructure in the European transport networks.
2. Conditions for carrying out a trade, professional and financial standing and demonstrating
3. Basic concepts of business to road transport. Obligations of carriers in the road.
4. Conditions for approval of technical competence, technical inspection and emission.
5. Test. 1. Charging for the use of selected roads
6. Freight CMR and its elements. Equipping vehicles with recording devices as AETR.
7. TIR Carnet and its elements, specialized transport equipment in accordance with the Agreement of ATP, the marking of vehicles transporting dangerous goods under the ADR agreement.
8. Contract of carriage, forwarding contract, lease the vehicle, a contract for the operation of the vehicle and their elements.
