Summary
Mission of rationalization. Study of organization systems. Classification of rationalization methods and techniques. Time and moving stidies. Multilateral decision. Rationalization instruments. Rationalization in production preparation. Operating and value analysis. Economic and ergonomics aspects. IT improvement. Consulting system.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Students regain the basic knowledges in field of mechanical production rationalization, operating transport, prodiction preparation, stok economy.
