Summary
General and specific requirements to the designed structure are determined by values of the load, the enviroment in which it operates and its functional length of exposure. Their performance determines the choice of material, technology of its processing and modification of its properties to a final state prior to operation. At the same time structure reliability is dependent on degradation of these properties under operational load in the final working environment.
