Summary
One of the final subjects of Mining Engineering. Natural conditions of the
deposits are assessed. The possibilities of the opening and of the strategy of
mining the deposits are discussed, including calculations of basic parameters
of deep and opencast mines, defining their overall concept and technological
processes. All the necessary fundamentals for mine design are described in
detail, including various regulations.
