Summary
The world of psychology, different aproaches to personality, motivation and its application in work, perception, thought and creativity, social psychology - basic introduction, formation of the groups, group structure, social control through groups, jgroups effectivnes, attitudes and attitude change, basic problems of communication, conflicthandling, negotiation, harvard method, presenttation, asertivity.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
basic orientation in theories of personality and social psychology, problems of motivation, groups dynamic , comunication and negotiation are aimed to practical skills in dealing with people.
