Summary
The subject deal with the precaution of the life and health protection including material values. There are solving areas of protection of humane health and society and economic interests. The area of mining legislative and labour-law relations are looking through there.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
The aim of this subject is understanding of the regulations associated with the mining.
Course Contents
State Mining Administration and state technical supervision
Upper-law and protection of mineral resources the way CR
investigation of non-application of the Mining Act in respect of bearing
exploration, construction of mines and surface water protection areas
-Labour injuries
-Environmental Protection
-treatment of mineral raw materials
Mine-rescue service
-dumps and disposal of excavated materials
