Summary
The course acquaints students with basic knowledge of the national map series, and about Cadastre of Real Estates in Czech Republic. The aim of the course Maps and Cadastre of Real Estates is to acquaint students with the subject and content of the Cadastre of Real Estates in Czech Republic, forms of public provision of data and basic methods of registration of property rights. Part of the curriculum are also fundamentals of cartography and map projection.
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit
Presentation of the current state of the Cadastre of Real Estates, including existing legislative provisions and their application in practice.

1st Introduction to Cartography, cartographic projection
2nd State map series in the CR
3rd Historical development of cadastre of real estates of the Czech Republic
4th Basic concepts of real estate - definition of terms
5th Cadastral and his leadership
6th Cadastral documentation
7th The public data in the real estate and the provision of liability
8th Binding cadastre data for legal actions
9th survey Sketch
10th Entries of ownership and other rights in rem in immovable property in the Land Registry
11th The main principles of management ownership and other rights in rem in immovable property
12th Entries of ownership of property - Deposit
13th Entries of ownership of property - a record note
14th Methods for calculating areas - numerical, graphical
