Summary |
---|
The subject deals with theoretical and practical aspects of chemical processes used in the processing of mineral resources and waste. Basic hydrometallurgical processes such as thermal treatment processes, leaching of metals into solutions and methods of their recovery are discussed. |
Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit |
---|
The student demonstrates the knowledge of basic technological processes of hydrometallurgical processing of raw materials and is able to apply them to solving simple practical problems of chemical metallurgy. |
